Everymonth i get 20 ...

Everymonth i get 20 competition entries on the dstv rewards app, This month I received it and used it all on the win a car competition,before i did i had 363 entries after tht 383,then I bought 30 more entries with my coins,and used 25 for the same competition,when I checked the amount of entries it shows 363,so that means I have been cheated as entries are going missing..this is not the first time this has happened,dstv please you need to sort this out,it's definitely *********
