Every month subscription will increase with R500

I'm not happy with multichoice for the passing 3 months they have been debited my account different amount when I phone and make inquiry I don't get answers it either they will hangout while I'm waiting for the answers and I have been phoning for almost 4 times now but I don't get any satisfaction answers I feel like I have been ****** I'm paying R1300 for my dstv but since January it increases with R400 Feb with R500 again in March with R1000 I don't know why they're telling me that I have upgraded my subscription while I don't know anything about it I hate Dstv now
