Ethics and Service
I have since the 3rd of April 2015 been trying to get a refund on monies taken off my account by Multichoice in error. Today (20th) I after continual written and verbal correspondence get an e-mail asking for my Bank details to be sent to them for a refund and informing me that it will take up to 30 days.

First off who in their right mind sends Banking details via e-mail for anyone and everyone to have access to - Secondly why do I have to pay the price of their errors. I do understand that errors can be made, but their attitude is just tough takkie, we have ours and your money so now you can wait as it is their policy to only refund via a Cheque which will then take a further 14 days for clearance anyway, and sorry but the person who originally dealt with this did not do their job correctly and ask which account the monies should be deposited into.

I have cancelled my Debit order, but I guess that could take forever, and I am having the original debit order reversed by the Bank - Should Multichoice decide that they have the right to do any further debit orders, they have a problem in store for them as I will continually have the debit orders reversed.
Reference is made to our telephonic conversation in regards to your refund.
