After the abrupt disconnection of the DSTV-Walker , i was informed by Multi-choice that they would make amends by giving me a Takealot voucher. That was a month ago. To date my calls have been escalated from team leaders to team leaders , namely Veronica; Wellington ; Sipho; Sila ; Magitzo ; Tanya ; Antoinette ; Reabetse ; Princess(Reference 940033) I have still not received my Voucher , and to date the only thing that HAS escalated has been my phone bill , and blood pressure. I am severely disappointed and disgusted by the total disregard for customer loyalty that DSTV is showing , by giving my empty promises and sending me on a run around. I sincerely hope that if this does "escalate" further , that they actually do something about it.
