Escalation also not working
We got the price lock deal with the explora ultra for R899 per month, I have been paying R1123 every month. Phoned numerous times and every time they say it will be escalated. Initially I asked for an additional point (extra view) to be installed, it has never been done and the dish that came with the explora installation is still lying next to my bedroom window, never installed.
