Error no signal to bad weather but it's hot outside

My name is harriet Ravhutsi I have a problem with their satelite dish it gives me problem all the channels doesn't want to play it says there is no signal this may be due to bad weather or a faulty connection in the installation mind you it is very hot outside, I then called the call center for them to send the installer to come and check what is wrong with it, the agent advised me that I will have to pay the installer of which I dont understand how do I pay for the channels and for someone to come do their job as well, fine I then ask how much must I pay she said she doesn't know, I became more furious my question is what if they charge me R500?? Why must I pay honestly for them to come and do their job they installed it now it's no longer paying I need to pay for that as well? Wow multichoice this is ****ttty service we getting from you honestly, at this heat but it says no signal due to bad weather????????????
