Error in Billing

I not happy with fact that my services were disconnected before the billing cycle ended. I was on price lock for the past two years. My last payment on my price lock plan was R650.50 on the 3rd June 2019. DSTV cut off my services on the 28th June 2019. When I contacted them I was told that my account is overdue and also discovered on my statement that they had billed me for viewing from the 13th June 2019 to 28th June 2019. How do I get billed for viewing from the 13th June 2019 to 28th June 2019, whilst I was Debited the full amount for the month of June. Im on DSTV compact but I have Just paid R773.00 for my DSTv
