Error E143-4

Good day

I am really fed up with DSTV and it's nonsense customer service.

I have had enough with me calling in for error E143-4 which is not part of my problem but DSTV technical problem from their side and today I called in and I was advised to wait for 3 hours and everything will be resolved and till now as I post this I am still having issues with E143-4. I sincerely asked to be called or emailed after this issue has been resolved today but no the manager or supervisor did not do as requested. I am losing out on the days that I have paid for my subscription without being able to view and secondly I was asked to format my decoder as I was not able to record any channel watched since then I am not able to record and when I call in I am advised everything seems to be fine on their side it might be a technical problem on my side of which I called my technician to assist and everything seems to be in order from my side.

My Incidents number are as follows -iNC-19226 and Dstv Reference number ***2-I299.

I am really disappointed with the customer service and care I am receiving from DSTV. I am probably the highest calling client this past 10 days cause I keep repeating myself with one and the same error.

It's school holidays now and we all on leave with my wife but we still fighting for the TV as two of my extra views are not working because of this.

May I kindly request this issue to be resolved first thing in the morning and I am not willing to wait 3 hours to be resolved as I have waited more than the hours and days.

If I do not get Joy with this I will make sure I start a campaign on the following platforms @Sowetobrands @arriecakes that will bring a reputation risk of the company down and make it trend for days.

Do not test my faith. Can I have this resolved first thing before 8am.
