Error Code PER12002
I have been getting error codes PER100202 and for a short period PER100901. Nobody at DSTV can assist as they do not recognize that error code. It is very frustrating as it keeps on popping up i the middle of me watching and i have to go out and back in to carry on watching. This only started about 3-4 weeks ago, and stopped for a few days and then came back again. It is no longer a pleasure to watch online as you are constantly having to "refresh" in order to watch the program in full. I am paying for a premium package, but cannot utilize DSTV Now properly without continuous problems. Up until approx 2 months ago I would have given a 4-5 star as it was a pleasure and convenient to watch on my laptop, but not anymore.

It has been 48hrs and no further feedback received. The problem is getting worse and even more frustrating. Before the error would pop up every 30mins or so, now it is every 10-15mins. I spend more time going in and out of a channel then being able to watch it. When it happens on Live TV I miss at least a minute of viewing every time i have to go out and return to viewing on the channel.
It has been 48hrs and no further feedback received. The problem is getting worse and even more frustrating. Before the error would pop up every 30mins or so, now it is every 10-15mins. I spend more time going in and out of a channel then being able to watch it. When it happens on Live TV I miss at least a minute of viewing every time i have to go out and return to viewing on the channel.

It is very bad Customer Service not to keep your customers informed of what action is being taken to resolve a complaint. If i could score zero or negative stars I would. i am not impressed and definitely would not recommend DSTV to anybody in my circle. I now understand why alot of them discontinued their DSTV subscriptions.
