Error code needed to be fixed all the time

I've been having this E16 error with my DSTV channel 161, what annoys me is they keep on saying the error is been cleared and its not. I pay too much for me to struggle to see channel I am paying so much for. DSTV sucks it pushes people to stop paying and download whatever . Im starting to have DSTV Multichoice
