Error code E102-29 is not clearing and Multi choice failing to clear it

I’ve been having a problem with my mother’s decoder it’s keeps on freezing because of an error code E102-29 which multi choice have inserted in my mother’s decoder I’ve called the call center 7times not getting any joy and I was advised to the multi choice walk in center still facing the same problem and I was advised to get a technician I did that but still the decoder keep on freezing and showing the E102-29 I called the call after all options were done but not any joy . I’m just tired of going around not getting a solution.
