Error 48-32

I have been experiencing this issue Error E48-32 from last week ,I called in a technician whom I payed to come check only to find out there's nothing wrong on the satellite. I called in wasting another funds trying to explain my situation to four different agents and I was advised that according to your system it doesn't show that I have extra view, therefore it will keep on playing on the primary decorder but not the secondary one. This really came as a shock to me since I have been paying for two decorders from 2017, therefore I was still advised that y'all will fix it within a day and am still waiting.am writing this email today because it's my payday for DStv and should I continue paying also for the secondary one that the services am not enjoying?.
