error 48 - 32

Error 48-32 still not resolved and to date no assistance received. I am spending my money and time daily to try and sort out your problem. I am paying for services i cannot enjoy and it seems DSTV do not care about its customers as long as they get paid. Your service is atrocious. Short out your mess and ensure my account is credited for all the days i have not enjoyed my package. Issue still ongoing!
