Error 402 payment is required ( showmax)

End of February my service was downgraded from Premium to compact without my concern.. i complained den i was upgraded again however showmax i still not playing from that time it always gives an error message 402 payment is required.... i have a called dstv about this problem countless times n no one seems to be able to help me.. i am told to sign out n sign in . i was also told to unplug everything . i was even told to cancel the subscription with showmax n link it again. i did all that but it still not working , it still shows the same error message 402 payment is required... even worse i have made my payment for March which was R911, becouse i was hoping maybe it will play after making a March payment but no its not.... i have wrote emails to dstv help n showmax but no response, its like i an doing you all a favour where as i pay to receive a servce from you. n u not providing t... n i am very annoyed . i am even thinking of cancelling this whole dstv ******* couse its pointless paying for something u not happy about.. .
