Erroneous double Dt

I am relocating in mid July. My debit date for dstv is on the 1st of every month. I called dstv on 29th June and spoke to Lebo who told me that my request of paying a pro-rata rate for the two weeks of July is not possible. I called back and spoke to Patrick who only after I requested assistance from a supervisor was my request accepted. <br> I was told my subscription would come to an end at end of June, but I'd need to pay a pro-rata amount of R389.50 for the 2 weeks of July. I was now happy, I gladly eft' the amount as told by Patrick. <br> On 2nd July I saw a full amount debited for the whole month of July. This was not in accordance with what I was told from Patrick. <br> The gentleman I got at the call centre opened my profile and understood my issue. He told me that dstv can't close an account \so close to the debit date"and that this should have been told to me. Of course it should have! In ending I asked for Patrick to call me"
