Erin the Angel

I always write and complain about bad service but today I have to praise someone who gave me perfect service today. Erin from Multichoice gave me such good service I wished that every business available had an Erin in customer service.

It may have been a simple problem of clearing an error but she asked me about my work and on finding out that I am unemployed, she consoled me and even suggested places I could go to to look for work and to me that was just absolutely divine.

She has a heart of an angel and I cannot say more about it.
