Since Monday I have only 3 movies in my Boxoffice. I mailed Multichoice and they rep**** woth a enquiry number. No one has come back to me. I called them this morning and the consultant said it is because my tuner 2 status shows 0%. But I know for a fact that tuner 2 only shows when you are busy recording something and I proved it to her. She then said I must give it 48hrs and the movies will re-appear. But then why are there 3 movies there and not none?

We tried calling you but you were not available. It is true that tuner 2 drops to 0% when recording a programme, the important tuner in this case is tuner 3. It has to have signal. If tuner has the signal, please reboot the decoder by pressing the Reset button (On/Off on the remote) we have sent a few signals from our side.
