Enough is enough

I compalined about the below issue and Im tsill being billed different amounts everytime can someone from dstv call me I would like to cancel my subscription

simpiwe***)have a pricelock dstv premium account ***0 that I got April 2019 and Ive been paying R885 and suddenly in September I paid R1077 October I paid R999 November Im suppose to pay R1024 and the amount for November was R895 the whole of November and suddenly on 22 November 2019 it changed to R1024 and I checked my transactions there was no change but the amount to pay changed how do you explain that and im being charged 3 acces fees and charged showmax and Ive been calling since september to sort the issue till now its just getting worst by the month and its suppose to be the same amount but its not and I was told that my account is not price lock premium its just normal premium
