Endless problems with Mutlichoice DSTV

<p>I have received TERRIBLE service from DSTV on too many occasions. There selfservice website is basically uselles to say the least. You have endless troubles to connect and disconnect services. Once you realise that you will not come right on the website, you phone the call center. I had a simple request to have a Holiday Home account enabled. I had to phone 4 times in 12 days. Every 3 days they suspend the service (There is a R900 credit on the account) Spoke to 4 different agents. They promised to fix the problem and to phone me back. Still waiting. Submitted a query on the website. Received NO RESPONSE. Just phoned the call center again. Aksed to speak to a supervisor. After 10 minutes the supoervisor eventually came on and promised to phone me back. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
