Endless Problems with Account
Endless problems with my Account since i was offered Price Lock so frustrating :(
Endless phone calls without any success in sorting out the problem - as nobody can explain where all the funny amounts come from on my account.
This month again total due R1500+ last month R2000+ for price lock??? For one decoder explain that to me as i really don't understand.....
Never had any problems with my DSTV account - only now that i accepted price lock the problem seems to be never ending.
