Emty promises,Bad services(Walka Handheld Device)

I have a major issue with dstv and there emty promises and no solutions.I have had a walka handheld device for a few years now and never had any problems with it.Since 27/08/18 it has given me a E19 - 4 service is scrambled error.I have been calling almost everyday and the keep telling me that they have escalated the matter and they will come back to me.Nothing has happend.They keep telling me the will come back to me nothing very bad services and emty promises
