Empyy promises on refund

I made a wrong payment on 6/09/2023 after 2 phone calls and empty promises a 3rd call i was informed that i should have send bank confirmation and id and after receiving that the would do the refund withing 48working hours its nou 6 working days later and still no refund if i do not get a response or refund by close of business on 9/10/2023 i will close my account with immediate effect
