Empty promises with a years escalation

After almost a year of empty promises. Our query is still being escalated. What a joke. Our so called voucher that was given to us last year. Which to date has not worked. After numerous emails and calls. Still no solution from dstv. And now they say that the issue are so old they don't think dstv will help us to resolve the issue. We have emails going back to Jan 2024 since we realized there is a problem with the voucher. So since Jan 2024 our problem has been escalated. With no solution. When our contract is up we will not continue with dstv
