Empty promises (refund)

I wrote a review mid December regarding my refund.. On the 23rd of December I then received a call from a lady by the name of Amanda doing follow up on the review I wrote she assured that I will get my refund withing 48/72 hours, till today nothing has been done by multichoice! The service is very poor, they don't even deserve a rating!
