Empty Promises, incorrect advertising
A few days ago i posted a review on the service received with the explora price lock deal. The lady by the name of Elna who called back was a pleasure to speak, however my dad was promised a callback but no one has phone him back since, i feel like the only way to get these people's attention is to post a review on hello peter, otherwise they don't care.
