Empty promises from multichoice

On the 22nd of June I got a call from dstv for their contact price lock and it was approved the same day I neva received any proof of reference for order and it has been 2 months now since I have been waiting for my decorder they telling stories it. I am horrified in my family eyes I am seen a **** cause there is Noone from dstv doing any follow up it is me they make false promises I trusted them but seems that they don't care were I get the decorder or not. My question is why do they take long and why have empty promises. They can't even give me a way forward were is my decorder
