Empty promises from DSTV Rewards

I was upgraded to a Legend level on the DSTV Rewards app, which meant I qualified for 2 free nights at Protea Hotel. Redeeming this reward however has proved futile. I've sent countless queries following up on the matter; only to be told that my query has been escalated. 2 months later I am still unable to claim my prize. What a ****!!!
