EMPTY PROMISES FROM DSTV

I made an arrangement to pay my arrears amount off in 3 months. DSTV keeps on disconnecting my service. When I phoned the third time to reconnect I get a complete different story. Multichoice will apparently phone me back - still waiting. Lindie told me 25-01-19 that I won't be disconnected. Magalela told me 22-01-19 that I won't be disconnected my matter was escalated. Yesterday Itumeleng told me that it can't happen that price lock needs to phone me back they will phone me back in 1 - 24 hours. I am still waiting. Terrible service from dstv while I pay R1000 a month.
