This complaint relates to a Box Office movie that failed to download and the following service requests that were logged to have the matter resolved: ***7-I11 ***7-I13 ***7-I16 spoke to Lebogang ***7-I20 spoke to Tlangelani During the last interaction with Tlangelani I was promised that my Box Office account would be credited with a "free" movie to reimburse me for the movie that never downloaded. This was more than a month ago. MULTICHOICE YOU ARE A BUNCH OF LYING AND THIEVING ********** AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK
