Empty promises and no service

I've had no catch up, TV guide, recording, box office for weeks. I call the customer center, they tell me to reboot and wait 24 hours. It didn't work. I went to the randburg customer center, where the decoder was rebooted, only the recording function came back, I was told the rest of the functions would come back in 24-48 hrs. It's been a week and I still don't have services that I pay for for. I called again and was told the technical dept would call back, they never did. I'm so disapointec and angry. Come the 2nd they will take money from my account for services they didn't even provide.
