Empty promises and *******

I received a call from a DSTV agent on the 12 June 2023 saying that my premium will be reduced and I will pay R378 on the 13 July I received an sms that my premium will be R545

I called DSTV on the 13 July and spoke to Balungile Gumede and asked her to put me through to the team leader and a person by the name of Siyanda(Male) came to the phone and he said I did not understand what the agent meant. I asked him to send me the recording and also to call him to conclude the query and he never called not sent the recording what is it that they are hiding? Did I agree to have my premium reduced for one month only?

I called again last Friday and asked to speak to Siyanda and I was told that I cannot be transferred to him

Am i being **********?
