Empty promises

Up to this day I did not get any assistance, The only thing the do is hang up the call on me or put me on hold for an hour or tell me that they will escalate to matter, I was promised to be copied to the email nothing, it simply means they are not doing their jobs, I have used a lot of airtime that is more than they data I was supposed to get, to call then 3 times a day from the 8th of this month. what multichoice is doing to us is totally not fair because we pay for those services
