Empty promises

I’m not happy with Multichoice service I won’t the the premium package to be automatically upgraded from the 15 December till the 15 of January due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to make the payment on the 1st of January 2022 and now I’ve been told that I need to pay R990? How come because my package was compact plus and I paid R699 including the extraview so now my bill is sitting on R658 and today is the 17th of January and the other thing in November I won the checkers voucher worth R150 and R50 Uber eats voucher to date I’m still waiting for my voucher someone called me to advise me that I will get the email with the code to claim my voucher still waiting I’m so disappointed with Multichoice not even sure if I still want to continue with their services
