Empty promises

I called multichoice and I was on the line for 33 minutes and I was speaking to samukelisiwe Zwane who promised to call me back and didn't call back I called again and spoke to Arthur and sonwabile and I requested him to transfer me to the team leader and he put me through to someone by the name of nwabisa bell who claimed to be the team leader and she also promised to call back until now no call from her and my query is not resolved
