Empty promises

I have a problem with my dstv it has been scanning forever on Monday I went to multichoice in Kenako mall with my decoder it was okay the guy advise it's probably my connection and someone will come and have a look the fee will be R250 however no one came in since Monday I went today as well spoke with another guy he advise someone will come before six to check but no one came. This is unacceptable I have been without dstv for a week now I'm paying for nothing no service at all
