Empty promises

I smsed DSTV for the black friday price lock deal last week Friday (23 November 2018) and I received an sms to say that it will take 72 hours for dstv to be in touch. I have waited a week and have not received a phone call. When I phoned this afternoon I was told to send another sms. Is dstv ever going to phone back.
