Empty Promises

<p>I app**** for the "price lock" package over 5 weeks ago. I phoned the call centre more than 10 times over the past weeks. Every time the consultants spin me the same training manual answer "I have escalated your request and someone will phone you back today/tomorrow". Till date no one phoned me back. Over the past two weeks I have requested that a senor person phones me. Each consultant I spoke to said that their "team leader", "supervisor" or "manager" will phone me back the same day. Jip two weeks later and over 5 phone calls later I'm still waiting for the alleged senior person to phone me back or for the person to whom the query was escalated to to phone me back. EMPTY PROMISES EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!</p>
