EMPTY PROMISES
Ever since multichoice advertised the explorer special i have been smsing and calling however no one has called back in the last 6 months now price increase are effective now need to pay R800 (plus) for the subscription. they tell us they escalated the query and will receive a call in 48 hours nobody calls you call them they tell us they have policies and procedures i called again a lady promised me a call back never got it i really need this explorer before my subscription needs to be paid. I need the call today at 13:00 sharp
