Empty Promises
Good day DSTV
I tried twice with the call centre to sort out my account, ***9. On both occasions, I was promised that someone will call me back. To date, I received no call. Vusi promised to handle my query personally and will give me feedback promptly. That was more than a week ago.
Can someone with the right access please give me a call and fix the account and settings.
