empty promise never called me back

they were suppose to disconnect my service on the 2nd never did as i took the pricelock option friday they installed it but then still charge my old account in full and deducted the money and did not refund me or credit me on my acco**** for the 22 untlill the 28... monday i phoned to find out why my account is showing so high they double charge me on the price lock and the old account but still refuse to refund me for the disconnected services which could've been used for the new price lock
