Empty promise from DStv

Forwarded from Papa Ole: On the 17 June 2022 multichoice called and offered me a price lock package of R499. The package include installation, Explora with Built-in W-Fi and extra view. The lady from multichoice told me that the installer will be coming on Monday the 20th June 2022, and I must be available or someone at home. I was available the installer didn't come, Tuesday he didn't come with no update, The Installer came on Wednesday with a wrong decoder and installed it and he changed me R350 and left while the decoder was not active. I called multichoice they said they're escalating it and they will call me back but they didn't. I called them on Thursday the 23rd and they said I must pay R594.67 I paid. On the 25th they debited R504.60 I have no idea about it. #DStv_is_a_****
