Empty promise!!!
It's now over a month that I have been waiting for the explora package that I was approved for. I keep getting sms that an installer is coming to my place but when I call the installer, he tells me that he is still waiting for the decoder to delivered to me first.
It's impossible to get hold of you guys. Your wats app sucks. You contact center keeps giving me options that are irrelevant and does not even give me the opportunity to talk with a consultant. What am I to do in such circumstances? This is just bad service, I don't expect such from you guys.
