Empowerment? Yeah Right!

I keep seeing the ads on TV for the DSTV Agencies and how they empower people. I have trying for the past week to get details on this as I am a single mom and see this as a perfect opportunity to try provide for my son. I guess I will have to try and make another plan now because I have called the 011 number numerous times only to be sent from pillar to post. First I asked for a contact number and they gave me a number to an existing walk In centre. Really? I called back and explained and got an email address which to this day has not responded. Today I called again and got given the switchboard number which I called and got told to call back and ask to be transferred to field service. Yeah right! I called twice and they don't even now what I have taking about! Then you go look on the website if there are maybe contact details for assistance and lo and behold NOTHING! So much for empowerment!
