*********** employees and terrible service

I called in today as I received terrible network and service for dstv internet months ago and stopped paying for my contract. Now dstv listed me on the bureau. I called in to make a payment arrangement and for to clear the arrears amount for the listing to be updated to up-to-date but was told that in order to make a payment arrangement I must email ***. which i did and the email returned invalid.

What do I do? I need that listing removed as i am willing to make payments or ill get in contact with my lawyer!
