Employee of the Year Service Hero

I would really like to give a huge compliment to a person by the name of Busisiwe Mangele who tried to assist me. This was my 4th call to Multichoice after all Consultant's put down their calls in the middle of the call or put me hold for 30 minutes then cut the call. This lady really tried to assist me in every way possible. She listened to my problem she analyzed,it she took her time to get to the route cause of the problem, she asked the right questions ,she then app**** her mind to try and find a solution on a way to resolve my matter. I must say my issue was or is still not resolved however the manner in which she handled my frustration Wow I was shocked especially because it was during the evening when no one was interested to assist. Everyone tried by all means to tell me how my account couldn't be reconnected however I do believe this lady will find a way. Sometimes that's all a customer needs reassured and the comfort that someone is taking care of the matter. The ticket reference is #INC-461939. She even supp**** me with a ticket reference it was the first time. This lady deserves a service Hero award and a Team Leader position really she can really teach the previous 3 consultants alot and coach them on Customer service and interaction. I was not treated like a number with Busisiwe but with such professionalism, empathy, care and most of all she went the extra mile even when she battled . Well done and Thank you for your effort I know it was beyond your control and I have confidence you will resolve it at the end. Thank you and keep up what you doing it will take you far in Life. Multichoice you need many of these kind of consultants.
