Employee-Client relationship policies

<p>I, being a multi choice customer, have never been so disappointed by its customer service til I have been contacted by a consultant on personal basis using my personal mobile number to WhatsApp chat me and asking me out... Is there any level of respect at all for clients/ customers if my personal details kept with your internet institution are not private, anyone can just share my personal details and use it as they please to haras customers???? </p> <p> </p> <p>There had better be a very good explanation or claws allowing this Linda guy to get my personal mobile number retrieved from the system by their olleague Zansi. Is there no data protection act or it does not apply to multi choice???</p> <p> </p> <p>This probably happens al the time which leaves me with "how often is this data shared while there's high level of cyber crimes"</p>
