EMAIL REPLY FROM HELP DESK GIVES DIFFERENT PROGRAMMING DETAILS TO EXPLORA

<p>Please can someone explain why we are having such a difficult time trying to establish when Madam Secretary will be aired again.</p> <p>We have phoned and emailed and nobody can help us properly.</p> <p>We keep getting told that Madam Secretary will be airing on Monday 29 May at 9.30pm on Channel 101 but when we go to our explora to set that program to record, our explora has The Good Fight and Veep set to record across the 21.30 slot and we have set The Good Fight to record already so we cannot understand how this is possible and that nobody at Multichoice can assist us.</p> <p>We are not at all impressed with this service.</p>
