Afternoon what a bad customer service received at electro tech DStv agency- Old man by the name of Abey not customer centric- bad attitude- came to this agency twice -I asked him how can I queue again because his system was off line the previous day - quoted just queue again it’s not my problem- when I said I will report this on hello Peter and dstv he mentioned that he careless
