Eish! Have DSTV employed Hlaudi?!

<p>DSTV is at times a world class entertainment provider. They seem to however have totally lost the plot as far as their streaming service is concerned. I have used it from time to time and it has worked well but am presently on holiday and it only seems to work when it feels like it. I can log on and happily watch something for a while BUT DON'T TRY AND SWITCH TO ANOTHER CHANNEL. It then says something like "Only premium customers can stream live TV. Click here to libk your SmartCard." So being a loyal customer I "clicked here" and am redirected to a page that says my SmartCard is connected and (in bold) that I am a premium customer. So all is good and I return to the page, only to again be told that I cannot watch because I am not a premium customer. Any truth to the rumuor that Hlaudis is now head of streaming at DSTV? Perhaps someone should tell them that is not the way to fight off Netflix, Amaaon Prime, Sky etc</p>
