Eft **** syndicate

I spoke to an agent on the 25th because my services were suspended due to a reversed debit order which i had every right because i was double debited. They cancelled the debit orders i paid cash at ShopriteUsave on the 26th. Today the 30th August i get a notification i have been debited 202,02 reference multichoice but to my suprise it says EFT which i cannot dispute as a debit order on my side. I have been de*****ed by multichoice twice. I want my back my ASAP before i take this further because seems like there is a **** syndicate going on and i am the target. I cannot be paying for your ****ty chanels twice a month. Bring back my money!
